This Elder Maxson Coat offers an urban take on the traditional trench coat. The fall out leather jacket comes down to the thigh, with faux fur trim on the collar and cuffs. Distressed leather gives this coat a decidedly vintage look, while the white and brown criss-cross pattern on the lapel and the black interior lining adds a bold contrast.
Adjustable vertical belts run from the back hem, through shoulder epaulets to the front hem. Over sized pockets below the adjustable belt offer plenty of storage space for your smartphone, wallet and tablet. Thick sleeve straps and triple quilted stitching on the biceps adds additional style, along with the off-white stitching on the right shoulder.
This stitching runs to the back of the shoulder and comes in arrows, crosses and lines. The stitching is repeated on the seam that joins the two back pieces together. The seam ends about five inches above the hem, with angled stitching that adds to the overall distressed look of the coat.
Thick belt loops keep the belt secure. Metal rings are secured beneath the belt with leather material and flat metal studs, finishing off the urban style of this distressed brown jacket.
